After taking the car home and a few months later, I realized I had been deceived. Some details were completely inconsistent with what the salesperson had told me. They even lied about having a 6-month insurance, but in reality, it was only two months. There were multiple instances of deception. It would have been better to buy from a private seller.
Very disappointed with their service. They tried to charge $700 to replace my wing mirror after it was knocked, claiming it was irreparable. It just needed to be popped back in, which I easily did at home. Either lying or incompetent. Avoid them!
The service team are really bad. I've had so many issues with them, and communication is terrible. I got my dash cam fixed in October under warranty, and a few months later, they wanted me to pay to have it fixed again. The sales team was great to me and my partner, both of whom bought cars through them. However, my partner and my brother have had issues with the service team." They try to get as much money out of you, the word of mouth is out their and you are getting bad name
I recently had a troubling experience with Norris Motor Group Brendale that I feel compelled to share. On March 24th, my mother placed a call to the dealership, which was answered by Maddie, who appears to be the receptionist. I was appalled by the negative tone, lack of assistance, and the rude, sarcastic sign-off of the call. Excellent and friendly service, staff are very aproachable. Went in for a routine car service, booking completed online. Service was completed in a timely manner. Bus drop off available when dropping off cars for servicing.
