Servicing department always try to upsell you things you don’t really need. In this current cost of living crisis I’d hate for someone uneducated to have their car serviced here, the amount of unnecessary add ons that are suggested are out of control. Always give a complimentary car wash with every service but honestly wish they wouldn’t bother as it is always a dodgy wash. Second new car we will have purchased from Norris motor group at this location. There won't be a third for them to get it right. Steer clear, you were warned! Erin however, was absolutely fantastic, awesome and went above and beyond. Even on much out of her control, she went above and beyond.

After taking the car home and a few months later, I realized I had been deceived. Some details were completely inconsistent with what the salesperson had told me. They even lied about having a 6-month insurance, but in reality, it was only two months. There were multiple instances of deception. It would have been better to buy from a private seller.
