My father is a patient of Dr. Norris. He is in his eighties and should not be driving. Dr. Norris signed off on a letter to Harrisburg stating he is ok to driver. He is not ok to drive I dare Dr. Norris to get in a vehicle with the man. Penndot restricted him from driving at night. He still drives at night. Recently he was diagnosed with cataracts. Will Dr. Norris finally do the right thing for everyone on the roadways and refer to Penndot the man should not be driving?
I was a patient of Dr Norris for years - great experience… friendly, practical, forthright.
