John provides such nice homes. Echo Waters is a top fave that we cannot wait to revisit! This home is high end with many upgrades! The view is unreal, and we chose to spend most evenings out on the deck for dinner and games rather than go out! John has the hot tub drained before each stay to ensure fresh water, and the house is incredible with an outside fireplace, huge decks, open floor plan, amazing kitchen, and en-suite bedrooms on each floor! Had a great experience with a house from Norris Lake Villas. Communication with the property manager was timely, helpful and friendly. The house itself was very clean and in great shape. Needed a few things like you do with a week long stay and the maintenance team were quick to respond and helpful. The house itself was in a great spot with a beautiful setting. Such an awesome family getaway! We stayed here in August, and honestly, we’re still missing those lake views! If you’re eyeing this place for a Norris Lake trip, just go ahead and book it. The hosts were super easy to deal with and always got back to us quickly whenever we had a question. This was my first time renting at Norris Lake in June 2025. I was nervous because I didn't know the area and the owners were very good at communicating with me whenever I had a question.It was a girls weekend, there were 8 of us and the place was very clean and we really had a great time. I would use Norris Lake Villas again!!
