The home we stayed in was for lack of a better word, dirty. We found trash all around the outside of the property. The bathroom rugs were all dirty, showers dirty, bathroom smelled like urine. Sheets and pillows had stains, crumbs on beds. Floors were dirty, bottoms of our feet were black from walking around for a few hours. The home had a playground and it was so unsafe we didn't let our kids on it. One kitchen cabinet was full of rodent droppings. Been going to all the chalets and everyone is BEAUTIFUL! This is Bridge View 🤗
This house potential to be great, however the cleanliness and communication with the host made for this poor review. I had to contact the host in order to get check in instructions a day before we were to check in. The host did get back in a good time frame with the instructions. The house layout and rooms were nice. We had a group of 12 which included teenagers and everyone was comfortable in the house. However, we quickly were able to see the cleaning was not very good.
