I personally had a great experience with the service center. Shoutout to Tiffany for being extremely helpful, professional, and courteous. They handled everything with the warranty company, kept me posted the whole time, and gave me a loaner while my car was being worked on. Will definitely come back in the future for service.
Just called, asked a question about my extended warranty. The question was “If you can’t replicate the issue and I’m under warranty, will I be charged a diagnostic fee”. Their answer was IDK and transferred me to sales. Disappointing. Going to try a different dealer. Keep y’all posted.
