I was refereed to Jeannette Golubovic for my 0-1 Visa process. During the whole period, I received inconsistent response times after sending emails asking questions and clarifications. I also had long periods with no response at all, awaiting tasks to be finished. In April, I made the decision to halt my visa process, which after a email and zoom call, I was told that in a week’s time I would receive a partial refund. After having to fire a previous attorney, that had no motivation in helping us with our family's case, my sister posted a request for recommendation on a social media group and was directed to Mr. Joel Norris at Everything Probate.
