Jennifer was very professional & polite over the phone and made arrangements to receive our beloved pet on Sunday afternoon. We were very thankful to Ryan and the staff during our in-person viewing before the cremation. The Moss staff did a wonderful job in presenting Xena for her last viewing. Both price point and quality of service were exceptional. Thanks.

Very professional, compassionate and helpful on this very difficult time.
My step dad passed away doing the beginning of the pandemic and wasn’t able to have a funeral. Only 10 was allowed to view him through a glass and he was tested negative for it. I thought the same thing will happen to my father, which also tested negative. They allowed us to have a funeral of 50 people inside the building and more can come but they’ll have to rotate.
