Well maintained co-op in a fantastic location by the lake.
Co op low income housing. Friendly street
The area looks clean and quiet which is what attracted me to it not to mention the beach
I do not know anything about the housing. There are a number of two floor block units flanking both sides of the street: which ends on a palette overlooking the lake. The parkette has play areas for children and a lovely cycle path. It is peaceful and the view is lovely
