The absolute BEST customer service and prices I have ever seen from an auto shop. Cameron, Rick, Vince and Doug are all very nice and friendly, and really seem to know what they are doing. I had my head gasket, water pump, all belts done with these guys and I payed about half of what I would pay elsewhere. Towing was easy through them, they get it done quick and right. They certainly have me as a permanent customer now. I would 100% certainly recommend them to a friend.
I heard about Norris through a neighbor and have taken my truck there on several occasions since.They have never let me down or turned me away even when I drive up unannounced and ask for help with a problem as minor as a stuck window while they are absolutely slammed with business.I'm so happy to have found such a great mechanic!
Joe has helped me with several of my cars for years. I heard about him through a family member & have told many of my friends & family about Norris. You can trust this mechanic & his workers to do what they say they will do & stand behind their work. I will NEVER go to another mechanic, as long as Joe is in business!
