Ghosted me during the 2024 tax season. He agreed to file my taxes and I shared all information that was needed. We were in contact prior to April-15th. Then, he went dark. Would not respond to calls (messages) and emails. I responded to an H&R Block survey (after tax season) and asked for a call back. NOTHING. He filed my taxes in 2023. Very unprofessional service. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Unfortunately for me, I had to file an extension and I am looking for a professional tax service now.
