I will never do my taxes here ever again. I don't like being lied to as the lady did during tax season to me. I called ahead of time talk to whom ever that answered the phone which she seemed nice and friendly. I lost my ID but knew they had it on file and was unsure if they could help or not. So I called told them my situation she ask for my name which I gave she lookede up in the file or so she said and told me sure sir I check your file and it won't be a problem we can take care of you. Ghosted me during the 2024 tax season. He agreed to file my taxes and I shared all information that was needed. We were in contact prior to April-15th. Then, he went dark. Would not respond to calls (messages) and emails. I responded to an H&R Block survey (after tax season) and asked for a call back. NOTHING. He filed my taxes in 2023. Very unprofessional service. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Unfortunately for me, I had to file an extension and I am looking for a professional tax service now.
