The director of physical therapy wants my mom to only be on the wheel chair for the whole time she in the 3rd floor . My mom has fallen many times because she needs her walker by her wheelchair. I do not get the help that I sometimes need. I come here to get better and it seems I get worse. I've been here since 2025 and have not gotten any better.
