He’s very rude and impatient ,doesn’t even want to hear anything you have to say at all..Most definitely wouldn’t recommend him to anyone.

If you're a patient and you're late they say no call no show. We waited over an hour to go back. Then they tried saying we were late when I had the scheduling letter. Our time is just as precious as theirs. Thank you
