Don't make the same mistake I did by reading the reviews thinking, Oh, let's give him a chance, it can't be that bad. They are. They are not truthful, will put nothing in writing, and state that they "have tried, but the customer is not reachable". I was pretty reachable to book an appointment via email for them to take my money, yet they won't email a solution to the terrible awning install they did.
