We an a leak in oir airing cupboard last year 2024 & Normz were quick in responding even though it was outside normal working hrs & left the place clean & tidy recently called them for another leak toilet this time this job took a liþle longer however plumber noticed bath seal was damaged & resealed it for us. Texted Normz on Friday morning about my elderly parents' boiler dying and was texted right back by the plumber, asking for the address and agreeing to be there later the same day. As promised, a very friendly man turned up in the afternoon and was very patient with my confused dad who had forgotten where the boiler was.
