I discovered Norm’s when I was struggling with another larger local shop. Since that time the staff here has gone out of their way to provide absolutely the best service I have encountered. Their prices have been what I consider absolutely fair. Their guidance has likely saved me thousands. Their honesty has been what has kept me coming back. Edit, Norm sold the business and the new owners are no where near the caliber norm was.. price is ridiculous for simple service, they are slower than the second coming of Christ and the experience my neighbor and i had mirrored each other. Wont be back. I left former review for comparison. I was a service tech for 20 years at his competition and i can say ive never met a better tech nor nicer man to deal with. If you're searching for honesty and strive for excellence you have found it. If you read reviews for decisions, this one is what you need. I bought a StarCraft islander 4 yrs ago and have been through 3 mechanics. This is the fourth and last, they do what is needed. I had Norm's sport and marine rebuild my 4cyl motor. There were issues with parts multiple times. They kept me appraised and never took shortcuts. I had my boat out two times this summer an she was excellent.
