The other two reviews are crocks of baloney.. We went and had a fantastic meal, great burger, great cheesecake, amazing service, definitely coming back!
I had burn stomach, diarrhea after eating meat here. The meat smelt as if it is dipped into dirty mop bowl. Taste like trash can. Trusting Norm, I ate it, but ended up sick. One informed me that if cook, Hispanic, dislike appearance of customers, cook actually dip the meat into dirty mop bowl. This horrible, lower than animal action is happening in real life!
Ive been there a couple of times and the servers there only have about 3 tables per section. And 1. My server never brought me my toast. 2. She never checked on us. And 3. She never brought us some ketchup. 4. She took 10 minutes to get our drinks! Of I went to the Denny's across the street my food would have been out within 10 minutes.
Norm's is a great family restaurant, with outstanding service and good, old-fashioned food. The portions are large, so go hungry. The fare is basic American, and the specials are usually outstanding values, sometimes including desserts. This restaurant is open 24/7, and serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner at all hours. the service is very poor and the manager is very rude! unless you like to spend forever getting your drinks and food and then getting your food ice cold, i would never go there again!!!!
HAD THEIR STEAK & EGGS BREAKFAST SPECIAL. GREAT DEAL FOR $7.99! NICE WAITRESS, QUICK SERVICE, CANT BEAT THIS.
