I've never once had a good experience at a norms. First time was a stomach bug. 2nd time was an extremely long wait for sub mediocre diner food. 3rd time, not my choice either- it was crowded so the long wait was expected. The service wait was ridiculously long. We could have left to the other diner across the street and had our food out by the time our waitress even came to take drinks at norms.
