We were assigned Norm's plumbing as part of a home warranty repair and will 100% be calling them first for our future plumbing needs. We had a leak behind a wall coming from our laundry room sink that was dripping into the basement. Rob was fantastic. Extremely knowledgeable, fair, and professional.

Norm started a small job for me. He left the job and told me that he could not return for a month. When I called him after six weeks to see why he had not returned, he said he was busy and that it would be ANOTHER TWO AND ONE HALF MONTHS. When I told him that I could not wait that long, he told me to GET SOMEONE ELSE. HE ALSO THREATENED TO TAKE ME TO COURT TO GET MORE MONEY.
