The guy's at Norm's door service have always been prompt, courteous, and efficient. More importantly they have never tried to sell me something I didn't need. I had them out one time expecting to pay for an entire new system, the repairman fixed it with a $9.00 part. Last week I thought my garage door was broken. Alas, it was just frozen --- no charge. I will always call them first.
