Norm is great! My 3 year old son enjoys coming into his barber shop to get his hair cut. Norm is great with him and makes getting a hair cut fun. Norm spins the chair round and round and entertains my son and answers all of my son's crazy 3 year old questions all while giving him an awesome hair cut. Norm always cuts it the way I want it and has no problem with me making special requests.
