I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR CAR REPAIRS. I PAID FOR SERVICE THAT I DIDN'T RECEIVE. I HAD TO GO BACK REPEATEDLY TO BRING IT TO THE OWN ATTENTION. AND FINALLY HE SAYS TAKE IT TO THE DEALER. HE REFUSE TO LOOK AT WHAT HIS SHOP WAS SUPPOSE TO REPAIR. NO! I DIDN'T GO TO THE DEALER. I DID FIND SOMEONE TO FIX THE PROBLEM THAT HIS MECHANIC SHOULD HAD DONE RECORRECTLY THE FIRST TIME. THIS WAS A ON GOING ISSUE FOR 9 MONTHS. THE PART WASN'T SNAPED IN CORRECTLY AT ALL.
RecommendedI love norm! He and His staff are the best and very knowledgeable. Norm actually has a genuine care for people. Him and his staff, saved me and my little burgundy Chevrolet van many times over. I trust him and he staff with my vehicles and I’m very loyal to his shop! I’ve referred several people that loved their experience as well and I will continue to refer to Norms. He’s like the Doctor of cars, there’s not nothing he can’t fix...Thanks norm for such good service care and help 🤗

I love this local business. As someone who doesn't know much about cars, it is important to me to find someone that is knowledgeable and honest. Norm is who I turn to. There were times I've called and have been told it would be better to take it to the dealer. There have been times when my car has multiple, he let's me know which ones can wait. I trust I'm always going to get an honest answer as well as reliable service. Thank you Norm!
