I was in town for work for over a week and the day I was supposed to leave, my vans engine started smoking. I had a 3 hour drive in front of me so this was not Great timing. I was recommended to call norms and so glad I did!! They got me in immediately, and were all so kind and helpful. Cheerful staff, quick work, fair prices, and they drove that day to get the part that was needed to get me on the road. They even filled up my tires and topped off some fluids. Highly recommend!!

I had a very disappointing experience with Norm’s Autobody. From the beginning, Mike was rude and dismissive. When we tried explaining the issue and mentioned that we had run a diagnostic at home, he cut my boyfriend off and told him to “stop talking” because they had their own “$30,000 diagnostic.” We were told the vehicle was fixed and paid for the repair, but when we got it home, it had the exact same issues and the engine was still shaking badly. Memorial week they fixed my vehicle so we could get home, called several places never got even a call back. Even lent us a loaner so we could get back to our cabin while they repaired it! Awesome service, awesome people recommend highly.

I truly wanted to give Norms Auto an outstanding review!!! Thank you guys for taking such great care of me and my car. I had an oil change done by dylan and they noticed that I had a transmission leak, so than I went about using insurance and Mike had helped with the progress for that ,thank you! Then I had brought my car in to get the seals fixed! They had my car in and out in two days! Thank you so much Ron!!! You’re the best!
