I took my wife’s car into Norm’s because someone I trust recommended the owner, Cody, and it was the best recommendation I’ve ever been given. Cody and his workers are damn good. Not the most fancy place... maybe thats why Cody and his team saved me about 3k? Compared to other places that quoted me 3x the price. And scheduled me for 3 weeks out. Norm's was like "yeah, we can get the part in tomorrow, and it will probably cost 3k less than what they said". Picked it up 3-4 days later for the exact price Cody quoted me at.
4 years later I'm still dealing with the mess of terrible body work. Fog lights strobing, entire underneath of my car skidding off on the highway. Clearly no one including the owner checked anything before me taking my car back. Will never come here again.
Brought my car in for a small to medium size dent in the bumper. Cody got my car in quickly and they did a great job with it at a reasonable price. Very happy with their service!
Cody and his team are so nice and professional! When the other shop told me to replace the entire driver’s door, Cody got it fixed with less than half of the price the other shop asked for! Thank you!!
