This is a highly trustworthy mechanic! My friend has been going here for years and recommended them to me. I took my car to Norm's for new brakes because another company told me I needed them done immediately. Norm checked them and said they weren't even close to needing to be replaced. Saved me a ton of money. Appreciate the honesty of this place, and their prices are incredibly fair too. Highly recommend.

I had several issues with my car that I had been putting off fixing, and then I happened to drive by Norm‘s auto. And thank goodness I did! Norm and the team were so kind, and they were able to fix my car quickly, efficiently, and for a reasonable price. I will definitely be going back for all of my future card needs!

I needed a small nail in a tire pulled and plugged and was treated like a tourist at two criminal chain places that told me I needed a new tire, which I knew was you-know-what. Went to Norm's, he said "Sure." Ten minutes later it was done and for a very fair price. If you've got a car that's out of warranty and you live anywhere near Norm's, consider yourself lucky that you found this review!

Thank you so much for servicing my car. I really appreciate how fast and trustworthy Norm was. He even told me my service was cheaper than what was originally discussed and for that I will be a life long customer! Again thank you.
