Norm is absolutely wonderful! Speedy fix with my car. I highly recommend this place. This place is my go-to autobody shop in the city!
I drove in because my TPMS light came on without an appointment. They filled my tires right away and sent me on my way without charging me!

I've been going to the guy for years. And they we're doing a great job. Every time I got there, I'd inquire about the price beforehand and he would charge more or less what he predicted. This most recent time i did not inquire about the price beforehand and he took advantage of it. I got my battery replaced (something that should have been a $300 job). When i got back to the shop he charged me $600. When i looked at the receipt, i see that he charged me nearly $400 for a $200 battery.
