Stopped by impromptu without an appointment because my car was having intermittent issues starting due to a battery issue and I wanted a professional to look at it since this had been happening for weeks. So glad I came here! They fixed the issue and I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Friendly and fast service.

I have been to Norm, a couple of times before, the reason I was there most recently was because I was told by my KIA dealership that I needed front and rear breaks, on my Sportage and was quoted $800 front/rear. Im sooo glad I had Norm and Wayne look at them, and guess what, my breaks are fine for another 5000 miles. The only surprise was a small nail in the rear left tire, which was a small fix. Norm is Gold! Never pay dealership prices, take it to Norm.
