Just wanted to give a quick shout out to Norm. Brought my car in as it was having some engine steaming issues. He checked it in a couple hours and told me the exact problem, and said he couldn't fix it but he let me know where to go. Didn't charge me or try to sell me anything else, just gave me the keys and told me exactly what to do to fix it elsewhere. Came across and very honest and knowledgable.
My car is 29 years old, and I’ve had it for four years. The last three years I’ve had pretty bad luck with mechanics, and was nervous to go to another new place. But thank god I finally found Norm’s! He’s honest and reliable with a great team of guys. I’ve been going to Norm’s since February this year, and each experience has been great. 10/10 :)
The best place ! Great service, hosent and professional people I had to change my radiator They got it done same day and fixed more things for me then what we agreed on and didn't charge me extra !! I highly recommend anyone who need to fix there car to go to Norm the owners he is awesome Thank you guys you are the best !
Very friendly, reliable, and best prices in the city. If you have car trouble, bring it here, you’ll be glad you did. Full clutch job on my 2022 Corolla.
