I drove all the way from Austin to clean my apartment before closing it out on the last day. Scheduled an appointment with Norma at 11:00am. Twenty minutes prior to the appointment time, she texts me saying she can't make it. I had used her on my last apartment and she showed up at the wrong time, had a bad attitude, and didn't even clean it very well. I had to point everything out and make them clean it all again. I would stay away from using her service, especially if you are time sensitive.

Worst service and worst costumer service made the deal to deep clean the restaurant didn't even finish and made the deal every other week and job was not even finished and promised to do it the other week and she starts lying I would give her 000 stars
Worst attitude, she yells at you if you point at the areas not cleaned would have given 0 stars if possible She did a worst job cleaning and charged higher than the quoted price, she broke my light fixture in the living room and when I asked what happened she threatened to leave in middle of the job DONT HIRE HER you will regret it, such a waste of money. I don't usually write reviews but people should be warned about this lady
