I've been using Norma's since 2001. Mr Wayne & Ms. Norma are a precious couple. Mr Wayne has done my taxes up until his passing in 2019, a military veteran I had the utmost respect for. I have always felt safe trusting them to take care of business. I will miss Mr.Wayne & his personality, I found him to be a very nice respectful gentleman. Their daughter Thelma will be taking care of my business needs from here on out. Thank you for your years of service. Its worth the drive!
Just moved to Texas the end of last year from Oregon. Had such a great experience with our tax person in Oregon and then my husband passed away and I moved to Texas. This was the worst experience I have ever had with the tax service. The communication was terrible and I was constantly given the runaround after they lost my W-2 my previous tax return and then took four months to get it done. They never once apologized for all of the messing up that happened And still charged me $230 to do my taxes. Would never use them again!... read more
