The lady who did my sister’s hair cut it way TOO short. We did not ask for that and now it is too thin and unacceptable.
The haircut was great, but they charged me $30, including an extra charge for something I didn’t ask for or even get. I wouldn’t have expected that, and if I had, I would’ve made sure to get a receipt. I only caught it later when I was going through my bank statements.
