Norma’s at The Parker is, without a doubt, my favorite place in Palm Springs. It perfectly balances a cool, funky aesthetic with just the right amount of chic, elevated glam. What a fantastic funky hotel ! So awesome. Norma’s is their restaurant and we went for Breakfast. SO GOOD ! I had their Blueberry pancakes. Large servings. My partner had Eggs Florentine. She finished the whole plate.
Lovely experience
Great spot for brunch/lunch. Fish tacos and their take on “fish and chips” were both a hit. Blueberry pancakes for the table also a delight. Outdoor patio is lovely, though there are indeed flies.
