I have been so incredibly scared about dental work and Dr. Kylie Harmanus changed that for me. So great at communication, letting me know what’s going on and checking in. The whole team there was so kind and welcoming I have a new perspective on dental work.
Firstly, know that I have great fear of dental work, on account of past experiences. I recently had some work done by Doc H, and I truly never felt a thing. She explained everything she was doing, explained any sensation i may have felt from the instruments she used, asked me numerous times how I was doing, and was extremely professional. I can’t speak highly enough about Dr. Randy Gilewich and his incredible team at Regina Dental Group Normanview Crossing. My son had a filing there about 2 years ago with Dr. Abdullah that got infected. My son had pain in the left side of his teeth and we booked an emergency appt with Dr. Hernandez who only xrayed his lower teeth and said there was nothing. We went to another dentist who was more thorough and xrayed the upper side and finally figured that it was an infected filing was done poorly. My son is on antibiotics and going for a root canal. The filing and check up was done very poorly.
