I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Shaheen Cheemadan. He is an excellent dentist — very professional, gentle, and caring. He takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes sure you feel completely comfortable during the treatment. The clinic is clean and well-organized, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Zero stars rude reception team all together a rubbish experience waited in a queue for 5 mins then was turned away for my appointment due to the disorganisation of the practice. I would not recommend this dental ‘practice’ at all!
That’s my toothache gone! I was referred thru 111 for my terrible dental which disrupted my work and sleep. Dr. Anisa Ali and Shamima (sorry if i may have gotten the name wrong) were very patient with me. They made me comfortable during the whole procedure and responsive with my queries.
If 0 stars was an option I would choose that as one is too high !!! I was referred from my dentist to yourselves back in January this year, my pre operation appointment was due in April… on the day of this appointment I received a message from yourselves a few hours prior to my appointment stating that my appointment was cancelled and that yourselves would contact me to discuss a new date for the appointment. I then continued to contact yourselves in June requesting why I haven’t received a new appointment date as promised …... read more
