Excellent customer service, I had the diamond in my wedding ring upgraded. Nick was Awesome he showed me various loose diamonds, gave me his honest option and a visual of what my ring would look like. The results exceeded my expectations, I was extremely happy. I went to Norman's looking for a gold chain and Nick was very knowledgeable and accommodating with everything I was looking for. It made the whole experience very easy and a pleasure. Highly recommend a visit!
Came in to get a custom engagement ring made and they made me the happiest man alive! Got a beautiful ring for a great price, and a girlfriend turned fiancee with a big smile. Even got the coolest box for the ring which made it very easy to hide in my pocket and added more wow factor to the presentation. Staff were always upbeat and had great energy. Service is unrivaled. You'd be making a mistake to not go here for the real deal.
I had a very positive experience and I would recommend it to my friends and family.
