Called them at 10am, they said they offer same day dry cleaning. Came in at 11am, they told me it was too late and it must've been brought in the morning. This would have been useful information to convey when I had originally called, and stated i would be coming in shortly.
I got some very cooperative treatment from the counter worker and the seamstress in the course of meeting the requirements of a rental from another location far out of the SW suburban area. As a senior citizen, their help was most appreciated. They both went well above-and-beyond, I felt.
They lost my dress, then tried to give me a coat that was not mine because they had filed it under my dress ticket. They kept asking if I was sure the coat was not my dress. Very unprofessional and we will not be returning.
Rented a tuxedo for a dinner gala and while dancing not one but both shoe soles fell off! Inconvenient yes but we laughed it off and didn't let it upset the evening. My wife had called them to inform them of what happened, to my surprise when I dropped my tux off and the shoes came up and they mentioned $50 I thought it was off my rental fee.....
