Very rude, horrible service. I dropped my pants off to be altered at the Tinley Park location on a Saturday and was charged $18 and was told I could pick them up the following Thursday. When I went to pick up my pants, the guy at the register was having a hard time finding my order and had to go back and get someone else who I assume is the owner or manager. He comes out and asks who brought in this order? And he starts yelling (obviously angry) about how my order was rung up wrong and I was supposed to be charged a rush fee... read more
Just leaving this here for anyone who is getting a Thobe or abaya dry cleaned. I chose to support a small owned business, but had horrible service in return. Initially I dropped off 2 thobes and was charged $36 ($18 each). I dropped off Thursday and requested pickup for the following Tuesday. They operate on Saturdays, meaning I gave 6 days, but 5 business days for pickup. I got a call today, Saturday, saying that I was incorrectly charged and should've been priced at $30 per Thobe, ($60 total) and because I need them within... read more
Sam’s at Norman’s Cleaners and Tuxedo Rental took care of us for our son’s First Communion. We’ve been using Norman’s for many years, with the original owners. Love and miss them. New owners, have been doing a wonderful job with their service and bringing back the same old great service that made Norman’s a staple in our community.
