Had an amazing experience here. Sam went above and beyond to help me out being a bigger guy getting me fitted nicely and on short notice for a wedding that i was standing up in. Will be my go to for all future events!
Was way over charged for 1 six inch zipper, 6 inches of elastic placed on each hip, twill removed from a dress and dry cleaning. 270$ was the grand total. I use to do business with them but will not return. Sorry Sam you are a decent guy but I feel I got shafted!!!!!!
Called them at 10am, they said they offer same day dry cleaning. Came in at 11am, they told me it was too late and it must've been brought in the morning. This would have been useful information to convey when I had originally called, and stated i would be coming in shortly.
I got some very cooperative treatment from the counter worker and the seamstress in the course of meeting the requirements of a rental from another location far out of the SW suburban area. As a senior citizen, their help was most appreciated. They both went well above-and-beyond, I felt.
They lost my dress, then tried to give me a coat that was not mine because they had filed it under my dress ticket. They kept asking if I was sure the coat was not my dress. Very unprofessional and we will not be returning.
