Sam advised me that his rug cleaner only comes in every 2 weeks. I missed his time frame. My husband was having surgery and couldn't wait another 2-3 weeks. Sam said he would work it out for me. The rugs were done within 9 days and THEY LOOKED LIKE NEW. I've been going to Norman's for 20 yrs. Thank you for a great job and wonderful service.
My daughter bought a second hand dress. I did not trust anyone to clean it until I met Sam at Norman's. Since it was last minute, Sam came in on a Sunday to ensure dress was done on time. He made it look new. No idea how he did that because it needed a lot of work. He also cleaned the most beautiful veil ever. Here is a picture of my daughter. The wedding turned out perfectly partly due to Sam. My husband and sons tuxes fit perfectly, too. He is an artist.
Having worked with Normans for many many years, once again I used their service for formal wear. What a great experience. Sam at the Tinley location went above and beyond any expectations! Came in with suits for my son and myself. Needed to be cleaned for a funeral and my son’s pants needed alterations. I knew he was busy, but stopped what he was doing, gave his condolences to me and my family and took care me. He had EVERYTHING done the next day for me.
