I would highly recommend them! I don't usually leave reviews unless I'm very impressed or extremely disappointed.
In this case, I was highly pleased. Immediately upon arriving I was approached by Jarrod. My father was with me and as we drove away, my dad expressed wanting to use them simply because he could tell Jarrod was a good man. I had a leak in my car (experiencing INCHES of water on the floors 🤦🏼♀️). Jarrod was confident in being able to fix this and he indeed found the leak was coming from my antenna and fixed it.
I also needed my door replaced and that was done great!! Jarrod was in contact with me about each step and never made a decision without my consent. There were different directions I could go with both issues and Jarrod was sure to inform me about every option. I never felt like I was being cheated or talked at. He was very patient and welcomed any questions/concerns.
Needless to say, it's a big YES from me!!!

I needed my side mirror replaced and Norman’s Automotive Services made it look so good, it was exactly like the original!! They provide quick and quality service at a reasonable price. Hopefully I never need to, but I will always go for auto repairs!!

Hit an animal driving down the road. Large dent in passenger side front door. Took truck to Norman’s and the guys there made the whole situation a smooth and easy process. Went the extra mile to make sure everything was back like it should be and did an amazing job on my truck. Looked as good as new.
