We visited Mr Norman at his property and although recently retired he was able to quickly find the answer to a battery charging problem. Ring him before visiting to get full directions.
Normans fitted heavier wire to my existing Anderson plug and reversed the polarity by mistake. When plugged in it burnt out the fridge and some of the caravan wiring. We sent photos of incorrect plug polarity and burnt wiring but the owner denies any liability and offered no compensation. The man was rude, and condescending during our discussions and had no regard for the stressful situation he put us in. His work place is a tip and safety hazard. A reputable business does not operate this way. BEWARE

Well, nope. Just save your money. Bill and Ben are your typical locals. Yeah it'll get do e when we get around to it. In the mean time we'll try sell you new head lights. Upgrade a few wires & up-sell q new system which is not required or needed to fix what you want. $1,500.00 later for stuff all done & 5 days later you'll get it back if you nag.
