i’m a first-time homeowner, and after buying a flipped house, i found out the air ducts had never really been checked. During my second hot summer, i noticed dark buildup showing near the dining room ceiling around a vent, and it was clear the ductwork and vent system needed attention right away. I scheduled Norman's Air Duct Cleaners, and the crew arrived on time, were professional, and explained everything in simple terms. maurice called for extra support after seeing the black debris inside the vents, and the visit turned... read more
I highly recommend Connor. Fair price, arrived right on time, and did an excellent job cleaning my dryer vent and improving the airflow. My clothes should dry faster now, and I feel much better knowing the vent is cleaned out and safer. Very friendly, professional, and easy to work with.
I really appreciate the prompt service from Norman's Air Duct Cleaners. Terry quickly inspected and cleaned our air ducts and vents, which had a heavy buildup of dust and debris, and also took care of mold remediation right away after finding moisture damage near our washer and dryer area. The whole process was professional, thorough, and helped improve the airflow and air quality in our Tempe home.
Connor and his team went above and beyond with excellent air duct cleaning, vent cleaning, and HVAC airflow service. From the first call to the final walkthrough, they were professional, skilled, and focused on making sure we were fully satisfied. Communication was excellent the whole time. Connor responded quickly, answered our questions clearly, and scheduled the service at a convenient time. During the initial visit, the team carefully inspected our ductwork, air vents, return ducts, and overall airflow conditions. They e... read more
I could not be happier with the air duct cleaning service on my HVAC system. The crew was thorough, professional, and very friendly. Maurice and Jason did an excellent job, walked me through the whole duct cleaning process, and made everything easy to understand. They cleaned the vents and ductwork with great care, and now the air in my home smells fresh and clean. With the Arizona heat, it feels great knowing the HVAC airflow is cleaner and running better. I would definitely recommend this service and will use them again.
