When there’s been bad apartment management, they didn’t “last long.” I have been living here for 10+ years. Appreciative of the work that’s put into these apartments. Maintenance has always been nothing but kind when in my home, and within passing interactions. ♥️
Rent is too high for this area. Takes them too long to fix anything. No one ever answers the phone during their "open hours". The buildings are designed to be secure but the locks on the entry doors are busted. You're better off looking elsewhere for a better deal.
Horrible management with disgusting roach problem! Look far away and stay away from Community property group, they steal your money.
Would not recommend. Doug the landlord is the definition of slumlord. I worked for him and he wanted free labor. Made promises to fix things and it would be months for them to be fixed. He has zero accountability. Last year I went over a month with our air conditioning. I had to call and message daily for someone to get it fixed. It was over 90 degrees. Any issues I encountered by living here were fairly reasonable, usual, and expectable. This was a very relaxing and safe place for my child and I to create some happy memories. I would recommend Normandy Ridge to anyone.
