The Normandy is a beautiful new building with many amenities, but it's the staff that makes it so special. My mother was there for almost 3 years, and she enjoyed it immensely. When she had health issues the Wellness staff responded. When she had maintenance problems the Maintenance staff were right on it. Housekeeping did a wonderful job of keeping her apartment spotless, and helping with laundry. The chef was amazing, and the dining room staff would notice if she missed a meal, and check on her. A stunning new retirement home in Kingston’s East Side. Just beautiful! Decor, Staff and Food are amazing. You should tour this beautiful Retirement Home. It's the nicest one in Kingston.
