Normandy has dishonest and incompetent people at all levels. If I could give negative stars, Normandy would be the company. Initial timeline from Normandy, written in the contract, was 9 months. After 5 months, Normandy could not produce accurate architectural drawings – they initially estimated drawings to be complete in 4-6 weeks.
