Avoid 'Pass the buck' John at all costs. He gets your confidence and then your money. Acts like he will take care of everything, yet does nothing. Once that happens, he gives every reason under the sun why things take forever and don't get done. Gives delivery dates, then changes them once he gets payment. Multiple times.
