Every time I've came to this location it has been the worse. I have dropped over 5 grand out of pocket for treatment and never got told before we tackle this problem we need to tackle this which will undo everything we do if it isn't done first. Every visit the dentist has other arrangements so he rushed through my visit and/or didn't complete what I had already paid for. When they did the exams they didn't see a tooth in the top left that needed to be extracted which has now lead 3 teeth to be pushed back. They bill your in... read more
I have been "dentalphobic" for many years because of past experiences...Dr.Valiente and his staff have been beyond wonderful and understanding of my fears. Highly recommend them!
Not upfront about pricing. They will slip in things like specialty, toothpaste, mouthwash and “additional x-rays” To your bill. Make sure you review every line item as they will try to throw extra charges in. If I didn’t question the bill, I would have been charged for my kids free exam and x-rays covered by my insurance provider.
A quick fast and easy they get the job done and they’re very concerning. Thanks guys. You’re the best.
I loved this dentist when they were still on wells rd in a small office. Tim was amazing. Walked you through everything, found discounts, and was very upfront. Now that they moved to the new location. Completely different. Everything is a sales pitch. Myself, my two daughters, and my soon to be wife all go here, but the way they just screwed my oldest daughter, everybody is about to find a new dentist.
