Well personally I think Normandy Ink Tattoo has great customer service! And honestly they have higher ratings for Customer Satisfaction than any other tattoo shop in Rochester, NY. Like many in Rochester, I had a wonderful, comfortable experience while getting my tat done. I felt like I was at home! Every time I visit Normandy Ink I feel at ease with the out come of my tat and no rush to get it done. Normandy Ink Tattoo is #1 in my book!!!
Wow! Can I even call this a tattoo shop?! First impression from the outside, it's easy to miss from the street due to its the only business in the City gate plaza that doesnt have a sign. Inside it looks like an office but there is no display of artwork or flash. Just a 42" monitor that shows the 2 of the artist's work. Extremely expensive for simple designs that they find on google.
