This community has been a NIGHTMARE. Management is lazy and unhelpful. Common areas are not well-kept. Do not waste your time.
Easily the most “SECURE” and “WELL-MANAGED” building in all of downtown. I’ve had the absolute honor of living here for 16 long months in a true masterclass in regret. Since my first review (about stolen packages), things have only gone downhill. It took these guys HALF A YEAR to fix a simple garage door, which stayed wide open the whole time made it perfect for thieves to grab bikes and boxes. We’ve been living at Normandy Columbus since 2024. One of the highlights for us has been the beautiful clubhouse, which we were lucky enough to use for our micro wedding. The space was absolutely perfect for our special day, and our guests couldn’t stop raving about how fantastic everything looked.
