Great job, and friendly, too! I have had Normandy Carpet Care out to clean my carpet on at least three occasions. They have always done a terrific job, getting out stubborn pet stains, and the operators are always very friendly. I think the first two times the operators gave me a break on the price, kind of "rounding down" the square footage; the third visit was a bit more expensive but still reasonable and I was certainly not overcharged. I found Normandy Carpet to be professional and affordable. The 2 gentlemen that showed up were enjoyable. They spoke to me about the process and what they were able and not able to get out. They also gave me some recommendations on what to do in case some one spills things again. I would call them in a heartbeat.
