We are so happy living at Normandie Court!At first, we were a little hesitant about signing here after reading some of the bad reviews but Jennifer took the time to explain everything to us, including the construction that was going on and she showed us a few apartments that were a great fit for us, and we decided to trust her and she did not disappoint! Dana was great — with her help, I found a really good place. The apartment is nice overall. There were a few minor issues when I first moved in, but everything was resolved smoothly. There’s still some noise, but that’s to be expected in the city.
I am disappointed with my experience signing a lease at Normandie. While my initial interactions with Jennifer were very nice, she did not explain to me all of my different options, including having an occupant on the lease. Therefore, I am having to dish out additional money on the health club that I did not need to because she did not explain to me, in full, the promotional options. It is a very disappointing situation.
My husband and I moved in one year ago and we have really enjoyed living here. I was pregnant when we moved in and we had our baby five months into it. It felt a bit much moving into such a big building complex at first but it has been so nice meeting many other new parents and starting our family here. Dana was our first contact at the building who showed us everything and we still go visit her to say hello. All the staff (doormen, porters, security, health club) are so friendly as well. Overall a great experience here.
Dana from the management department was incredibly helpful and the application process was very smooth. Everything went very well with the move-in process and the apartment is really nice.
