I had a remote go out for my norman blinds. I am now being told that they no longer sell those remotes and i have to get all of the motors replaced, a hub and remotes. Norman makes replacing the motors almost as expensive as replacing the whole shutters. $300+ for each motor some shutters will have two motors. It is cheaper to add a 3rd party shutter motor system than replace the existing motors with new ones. Fantastic customer service and beautiful product. We purchased Norman blinds when we built our home 7 years, and they are not only beautiful but durable (daily use). We have needed support with one of our blinds and the team (William) has been great, getting a replacement shipped directly to our home with the pandemic. They stand by thier product, and take care of thier customers the hallmark of a great American company!

If I could give them a negative star rating I would. We installed over $7,000 worth of blinds with Norman and had nothing but trouble from the beginning, the batteries lasted 3 months or less and some of the motors failed completely. Nobody from their company has addressed these issues. It should be noted we also decided to do two windows in our master bedroom with Hunter Douglas at the same time because of the finish they offered.
