I could not recommend using Norman Blinds. We purchased 6 honeycomb blinds for our lounge room spending around $3500. After three years and eight months we noticed the fabric in the blinds starting to come apart in the pleats. After contacting Norman Blinds we were told that the warranty is for three years and as they are out of warranty we are out of luck. However they explained the new blinds came with a five year warranty as they were aware of the faults in blinds we had purchased. This company has absolutely no integrity... read more
