They did a procedure on May 30, it didn't work it made my pain worse. I was scheduled for an appointment for 10:00 AM today - an appointment that I received a confirmation call for just yesterday afternoon. I sat down at 9:45, and after waiting until 10:25 or so, was told, "you know your doctor doesn't come in until 11:00, right?". apparently, I'm supposed to be aware of their scheduling/coordinating with their providers.
