What a beautiful clinic! My Dr is very good n staff are always ready to help. Highly recommend!
I just called in to ask a few (or more than a few) questions, and Maddi was SUPER patient with me, spoke with a positive and professional demeanour. She explained things very clearly and listened patiently. I was a little concerned after looking at recent reviews prior to the call, but I feel comfortable moving forward. Beyond criminally negligent practice! If you care about your loved ones, avoid this place at all cost.
Receptionist here are the worst. Considering you’re a patient for mental health they really don’t care. I was calling 8 min before close because I couldn’t get out of work to call earlier, I still called within hours. She left me on hold until 1 minute to 2pm than answered and pretended she couldn’t hear me and than hung up. So unprofessional and rude.
