Receptionist here are the worst. Considering you’re a patient for mental health they really don’t care. I was calling 8 min before close because I couldn’t get out of work to call earlier, I still called within hours. She left me on hold until 1 minute to 2pm than answered and pretended she couldn’t hear me and than hung up. So unprofessional and rude.
Updated following positive outcome: Please be wary booking your specialist care with this provider as it's very difficult to contact them by phone and securing appointments is challenging due to their high patient volume. I recently had some issues trying to book a check-in appointment to replenish an expiring prescription for daily medication. I did attempt to book with them via email after a few unsuccessful attempts via phone, but unfortunately their heavily populated appointment schedule meant I couldn't get in before my... read more

I have been seeing Dr Mukherjee since 2023 when I first went through my ADHD assessment with him. He’s been incredible during this time and very helpful during my journey. Being able to maintain the same psychiatrist when I moved interstate via Telehealth appointments was a huge weight off my shoulders as we all know how difficult it can be, especially factoring ADHD into the equation.
