This man is incompetent. My father went in for a prostate biopsy a couple years ago and has had to wear a diaper ever since. Shivery has done 2 other procedures since and every time my dad comes out in worse condition then when he went in. He did a bladder procedure on him the other day and didn't administer antibiotics like he was suppose to so now my father has a serious UTI and can't get out of bed or eat.
