I purchased a Volvo XC60 from Norman Motors for around £35k Within just a few months Volvo says it needs a part replacing at a cost of over £3k Norman Motors will not accept any responsibility for this, as I did not pay extra from their additional warranty.
Recently bought a car from Stuart at Norman Motors Poole branch. Super transparent and easy, I was 270 miles away and they were really accommodating while I had an independent inspection. Vehicle was pristine, and a very fair trade in price for my car, highly recommend.
