I am highly disappointed with this provider. After 6 months of sessions, I do not feel as though I’ve gained much insight or personal growth. And while I understand this is how Margaret makes her living, I would have appreciated feeling less like a business interaction and more of a genuine concern. Initially Margaret made an effort to take notes and return calls. Eventually I found myself having to remind her of key information discussed in prior sessions. Returns calls now take days. Margaret is wonderful. She is willing to work with complex schedules and always makes an effort to see someone if there is a crisis.
Is this provider's business conveniently located? Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better
